1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LearnMate application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

LearnMate is an AI-powered learning application. You acknowledge that the App utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and Microsoft Azure) to generate content. This content is provided for educational purposes "as is." LearnMate does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses.

3. User Accounts & Deletion

You are responsible for account confidentiality. In compliance with Apple Guidelines, you may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the App Settings.

4. User Content & AI Interactions

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the App, you grant us a license to process this data through our AI partners (Gemini/Azure) solely to provide the service. You agree not to use the AI to generate Objectionable Content, including but not limited to: defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful material.

5. Acceptable Use & Moderation

LearnMate maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to:

• Remove AI-generated or user-uploaded content that violates these terms.
• Act against users who attempt to "jailbreak" or prompt the AI to produce prohibited material.
• Terminate accounts of users who violate these guidelines.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (IAP). Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original features are owned by LearnMate. Content generated by the AI for your personal study is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that AI-generated lessons will be 100% factually accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LearnMate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
